They win by cheating AND hard work. It's so competitive that many, or all, of the pros do both.

What I love most about this situation is that it is a sign that humanity is starting to openly prove its ascension. Nothing has been totally stagnant (standing still with nothing changing), but this can be assumed from an individual perception. I always felt like analyzing the big picture.

I don't care to see most of their back sides. Same with the diving women. I can understand freedom of movement but a few more inches of fabric won't impede movement. The women in these sports need to stand up for themselves if they object to these skimpy leotards. And thousands of dollars for Swarovski studded leotards is excessive.

While nearly every assertion and opinion this video implies is questionable, I do believe it is the best argument ever for a fake voice-over. So much of that script when read by a man screamed, "H-O-M-O!". At the same time, if it was read by a woman it probably would have screamed, "I'm a jealous bitch." Now my opinion: Olivia competes at an extremely high level and is as hot as the surface of the Sun. If by choice, Ms. Dunne can work within the framework of university life, intercollegiate competition, professional modeling, being a spokesperson and influencing, setting up her entire life financially, and getting two more eyes on the sport as "the face of gymnastics", the more power to her. Because guess what, nobody cares about gymnastics! Nobody.

I absolutely believe Gabby's allegations about facing racism in gymnastics. It's been almost exclusively white for eons. I hate that Gabby's achievements seem to be overlooked. As for the environment, I don't think it's as toxic as it was pre 2016. The case against Nassar put a lot of eyes on it and I think that the athletes are demanding better treatment and oversight. Gabby is extremely talented. I would have loved to have seen both her and Simone. Gabby is always welcome by me ❤

The fact that she KNEW she wasn't at what SHE considered to be her best and had the good sense and guts to say "wait a minute" says a lot. The entire world was watching her. As high as our standards/expectations are for her, her own is obviously much higher. I don't think she ever cuts herself any slack and that's what has driven her to the heights she has achieved. When she knew she couldn't do it, she switched to team supporter gracefully and beautifully. She's not perfect, she is human. She is also quite extraordinary. A great champion, teammate, example for those to come. She is the epitome of what a champion is.

Actually, to people who know athletics, New Jersey *does* scream "track & field legends". Milt Campbell and Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone are just two greats among many, including Ajee Wilson, Joetta Clark Diggs, Dennis Mitchell, Keturah Orji, Craig Masback, Andrew Valmon, Erin Donohue, et al. We actually sent nine track and field athletes to the Paris Olympics this summer and they won more medals than almost any nation on earth!

Aren't unitards (the ones with long legs) legal? But hardly any artistic gymnasts use them. Rhythmic gymnasts can choose between leos, with or without skirts or unitards. They can be very elegant and elongates the legs too....

Saying someone is average as a gymnast at college level is a little misleading. She still has to be an extremely talented and dedicated athlete to be where she is.

I honestly don't believe that Lewis was doping. He was at the top of his profession for too many years. He was lean. He ran like a cheetah. He didn't have huge muscles like Ben Johnson. Like Bolt he was perfectly built for sprinting and jumping. In short, he had perfect genetics. He was robbed in 1991 in the long jump. I still rate him as the best long jumper of all time. Rather than try to tarnish Lewis, you should turn your attention to the likes of Flo Jo, and those women who set top times and world records in the 1980s which still stand. Also the Chinese female runners in 1993. All of them are cheats in my opinion.
